The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Sales Executive is a proven closer. Working directly with a Pre Sales Rep, the Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for guiding proven, qualified prospects through the online web demonstration and ultimately the closing process.

You will perform online web demonstrations of our software and close deals on a daily basis. You are motivated by your strong desire to succeed, and you consistently strive to exceed targets.

You will bring to this role:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Minimum3 years previous B2B sales experience
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Successful experience prospecting and qualifying complex sales involving multiple influencers is an asset
  • Completed online demo's or webinars as part of your selling process is an asset
  • Prior experience working with non-profit organizations is an asset
  • A background in creating key relationships with C level executives is an asset
  • Previous history in software sales is an asset

We are looking for a full-time, bright, highly motivated and computer literate Receptionist Jr/Administrative Assistant.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will be varied.

General daily tasks include answering the telephone, greeting visitors, negotiating and placing stationary orders, filing, faxing, photocopying, collecting/distributing mail and database management/data entry. Further tasks will involve assisting other departments on an ad hoc basis.

Job Description:
The Civilian Pharmacist in this role is responsible for the provision of pharmaceutical services and support to Canadian Forces Members. This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding work environment with a strong focus on teamwork.

The individual would participate in medical rounds within the clinic as well as in the management of the onsite Pharmacy:

  • Processes new prescriptions and/or refills
  • Updates the computerized record system and ensures that accuracy of medications dispensed for distribution to patients
  • Ensures the appropriate drug therapy for patients
  • Responds to inquiries from the healthcare staff and patients on medications and/or drug administration and makes recommendations
  • Participates in educational research projects/studies
  • Maintains count of narcotic and controlled drugs and pertinent records
  • Maintains stock medication and pharmacy inventory and ensures shipments of medications, and other items
  • Updates the Narcotics and Controlled Drugs Destruction files
  • Compiles and faxes destruction lists to the Dangerous Drugs Bureau for Authorization to destroy Narcotics and Controlled drugs.
Mandatory Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid and current license from the Manitoba Pharmaceutical Association

The Investment Operations Team is looking for a Specialist who can demonstrate a commitment to our core values of integrity, excellence, superior client service and long-term vision.

The successful candidate will work with the team to maintain an effective control environment and ensure that processes to mitigate and manage risk are continually reviewed. A high degree of accuracy, quality, confidentiality and integrity is essential.

The right candidate for this role must also have a good understanding of the trade life cycle including order and execution management, trade booking, settlements, custody, and in particular, daily trade and cash reconciliation.

He or she will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of the preceding day's activity by reconciling custody transactions with the firm's own records in time for market opening.

Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate capturing, validation, monitoring and resolution of custody breaks
- Research and analysis of break trends with a view to reducing discrepancies and enhancing processes
- Identify potential risks in operational processes; develop and implement controls to mitigate risk
- Work to identify and improve current processes for risk mitigation and efficiencies.
- Process and procedure documentation, review, & maintenance
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio accounting system (Advent/APX)
- Project management and participation in risk management and efficiency initiatives
